COLUMBUS, Ohio – March 14, 2007 – The State Auto Insurance Companies are one of the first carriers to make auto glass claim reporting faster and easier than ever with online reporting for agents via Safelite® Solutions and Applied Systems.
State Auto recently implemented IVANS® Transformation Station™, a routing service that creates a bridge between Applied Systems agency management systems and State Auto’s agency extranet, AgentSite.
Now, thanks to a partnership between Safelite Solutions and Applied Systems, independent State Auto agents using Applied Systems agency management systems have an easy, user-friendly and efficient way to process auto glass claims. Agents can collect a claimants’ basic information and submit the claim to Safelite entirely through their Applied Systems agency management systems, saving time and creating a high level of policyholder service.
“State Auto is proud to be among the first carriers to offer this level of service to our agents,” said State Auto Chairman and CEO Bob Restrepo. “We are continually looking for ways to enhance the already tremendous value that independent agents offer insureds. This new method of auto glass claim reporting certainly fits the bill.”
Online auto glass claim reporting is available immediately for all State Auto Applied Systems agencies following their regular Transformation Station update.
