Tips for talking with your agent
- Provide documentation of all of your various employee and contractor relationships you have.
- Bring in a list of your equipment, including any equipment you may lease or rent.
- Discuss your most recent 3-5 jobs.
- Have a copy of your most current payroll audit available. In addition to providing accurate payroll information, this can help your agent determine the best class code(s) for your policy, which may help you avoid large swings in your audit bills or credits.
