Your account contains information about your coverage and limits. It’s important for you to have access to your information when you want it. We’re here to help.

Do you have an account or a policy? 

If you have 10 numbers or 9 numbers and 1 letter (ex. 2458357910 or 123456789A) that’s an account number.  If you have an account, log in here:

You can view your policy, sign documents, obtain dec pages and ID cards, or send a message to your claims adjuster.

You can make a payment, update your payment information or change your automatic payment date once per year in the State Auto Customer Connect Portal. For other support, please call our Customer Service team at 833-SAHelps (833-724-3577).

Do you have 2 or 3 letters with 7 numbers (ex. AAA1234567 or AA 1234567)? That’s a policy number.  If you have a policy number, click here.
